The beds were comfortable , the room was quite warm but within minutes 2 fans were brought to the room which were great, the evening meal we had there was lovely and the service was great. The staff are so polite and professional, the Piano player on an evening was amazing. Would highly recommend this hotel a little off the beaten tourist track but well worth it and easy to get to every where . Loved it

Had a great stay while in the city for work. Well located - short walk to many pubs, cafes, shopping, etc. Staff was very friendly and attentive and the breakfast buffet was great.

Hotel is in a great location and easy to get to. Rooms are a bit dated and some of the furniture is a bit worn and scuffed. Bathroom had loose floor tiles and the air conditioning didn't work at all. Overall very comfortable but certainly not 5 star.

The location is superb. Staff were friendly but we had two separate problems with the bill both on arrival and pdeparture . The suite was mostly great but the bathroom in particular showed signs of wear and tear . The club piano hour was very good . Concierges were always to hand and helpful
