"Excellent hotel - Will definitely stop here again "
Wow I have got to say this hotel is amazing, myself and my partner stopped here for 3 nights, it is close to victoria station and not far 8-10 min walk from coach station has a lot of great places to eat close by we didn't eat at the hotel at all.
we stopped in the King size superior room, nice and clean
"I looked forward to returning to a comfortable bed"
The staff was welcoming and helpful. Concierge helped book great restaurants.
The bed was a joy to return to after a long day of meetings and dinners.
The bar worked well as well for a night cap or drink prior to going out for the evening.
Beautiful hotel, clean, relaxing atmosphere, hotel has such a beautiful modern style to it loved the glitter floor and wallpaper at reception. Breakfast was good and staff were lovely. Most defaintly will be back again. Thank you for the stay. Sharon and Morgan xx
The price was very reasonable for London and included a very good Continental breakfast.
Our room was on the 4th floor and as there is no lift, this may have been a problem with lots of luggage. As it was, we were only staying for one night so were travelling very light.
The decor up the stairs could do with freshening up and there were lots of scuff marks on the walls, but I suppose this is to be expected if people are struggling up the stairs with suitcases.
The (twin) room was small but perfectly adequate for a short stay and the bedding was fresh and clean, as were the lovely white towels in the bathroom. This, too, was small but had everything we needed.
The reception staff were lovely and when we came in late on one of the hottest nights so far this year, the couple who were with us asked for an extra fan for their room (one was already provided). The gentleman on reception had no hesitation in giving them his own fan from reception and also went and found us lots of extra milk sachets for our rooms.
All in all, a good budget hotel and I would definitely stay again. If you want luxury, pay double or triple the price and go somewhere else!
