Perfect spot for this hotel, we could walk to Cadogan Hall where we were going to see a show and the next morning we walked to Buckingham palace. Beds were comfy, air con was good, the only slight issue was the tube noise, to be honest it didn’t bother us much, we slept really well.

That was our third time staying in Best Western Hotels in different countries. Again, we are extremely happy with cleaning. Everything was great. The only negative aspect of the room was the fact that it was really close to the trains and our nights were a little noisy :)

It is an excellent location, literally a 3-4 minute walk to Victoria Station and 10 minutes from Buckingham Palace. A really good central location with a couple of cool pubs around, and the room worked really well for our group of three.

When we arrived the people at reception were so helpful, courteous and kind. They carried our very heavy bags up to the room for us. The room was clean and tidy. It was made up while we were out which is unusual these days unless you ask for it. It felt like they went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay.

This was the perfect location if you want to be close to Victoria Coach Station. The hotel is only a few minutes walk away. There are a lot of food options within 5 to 10 minutes including restaurants at the Victoria tube station. We needed 1 room with 2 single beds.
