Clean decent sized room, the two twin beds are a bit small but it was ok for us. Breakfast is very good with many options. Hells Kitchen restaurant is fantastic for a special evening or a celebration. The menu is concise but the oysters, wagyu meatballs and roasted cod were great.

the hotel staff here was incredible. we get there to check our bags in and it was the kindest group of people. and my travel partner had a small medical issue and the staff went above and beyond to provide some medical supplies. the kindest and most wonderful people work at this hotel. the room was great. i cannot wait to stay here again. everyone from the bartenders to the room service staff? all incredible. i had a wonder stay here.

VIP Lounge was great! Concierge services were exceptional. Clean room and comfy bed. Great location. Be aware of no escalator or lift at the central line marble arch tube station. Lots of stairs to lug a heavy bag.
