Location from Victoria Station fantastic Bed not very comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms require an update, the reception was lovely. It fitted our needs and I would return

Utterly disgusting, mould on the bed, walls and all on the tiles and ceiling in the bathroom. Carpet was ripped and not secured properly. Overall NEVER again

Got two rooms mine had a damp smell a rip on the carpet as you walked in the shower had a leak the only good thing the bed was comfortable the other room was ok but very uncomfortable futon bed for an adult
