We stayed for 3 nights, decent price, good location...however It was...odd. The man who checked us in let us know that we needed to drop our room key off every time we left and said we needed to leave our car keys. (We didn't leave our car keys). Every time we left or entered we were being watched. It just seems weird. Some of the staff was super friendly and nice and some as honestly just weird. The room was clean enough, but definitely an old hotel that has never been upgraded. We had "the suite" that was supposed to be a double bed but was two twins pushed together, with separate bedding and all. lol No breakfast service, nothing really extra besides just a place to sleep. It wasn't a "bad" experience just a lot of odd quirks. It is across the street from Hyde Park and next to paddington station however, so for the price It isn't bad. Just don't really expect a normal hotel experience!

Very outdated, needs a good decor right through. Paid for a family suite for 4 which was meant to be 2 adjoining rooms, couldn’t use these as we had planned (putting the children in one room with the door open) as the rooms are not adjoining - you have to go out of one door and into another door to get into the second room. Unable to leave doors open as this went out into the landing and people would have been able to see you sleeping!! Very friendly and helpful staff however and good parking right outside so car was safe and monitored.

It was perfectly located for winter wonderland and on arriving the receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. Everything was very usable and if a little too warm but that’s better than being cold. On leaving the receptionist yet again was very friendly and helpful even providing a coffee for the long drive home. There is a bar and breakfast available so all in all very good rooms could just do with a little updating to make this place a perfect stay!😁👍
