Despite the protest and the rail strike, we had a great time and made the best of it. The staff at the Marriott was friendly, so helpful, so kind and genuine. They made the stay exceptional. Elena at the Gilray was amazing.

The Marriott County Hall is a great hotel located next to the London Eye and just steps from Big Ben. I have there twice and highly recommend. Prices are great, staff is very friendly, and rooms are spacious. Great for families too!

The staff took our bags and they were in our rooms upon arrival back to the hotel. Our room had a view of the Thames, Big Ben, Parliament, and London Eye. My sons love The Grand in Fairhope, AL but this has topped the list.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Very attentive staff, comfortable room, brilliant swimming pool, excellent breakfast (although would have preferred a buffet for everything other than the cooked breakfasts) and great location.

Fantastic hotel. Everyone was so friendly. Great view! Perfect way to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday (wonderful touch with the bottle of sparkling wine, cookies and the balloon). My boys loved the pool.
