Very convenient location for travel to and from Paddington. It is an older style no-frills property and internally the hotel is a bit of a rabbit warren. I didn’t sample the included breakfast. Did the job for me as a budget-minded solo traveller on this occasion.

Very clean rooms. Room service was great! Very close to the underground. The area was quiet and well kept. You get digestives, which are cookies and they are delicious. There is a coffee pot in the room along with coffee, tea, and additives. The ONLY concern I had was that the advertising states free breakfast and we had to pay £16 for breakfast. We ended up getting in a bit early, so we called the hotel and they advised us that they would keep our name for when we went to check in. Check in is at 3 or 4 and we arrived at the hotel at around noon and we were able to check in about 3 hours early. Highly recommend this hotel!

Friendly and helpful check in. Upgrade to our twin room so we had a mezzanine floor with a kitchen area. Nice amenities, everything we needed. Hotel was nice and quiet but in a great location only a short walk from Paddington Station. Would recommend and stay again.

Great location as it is near to Paddington station and close to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. Rooms are a bit small but clean and comfortable. The stairway to my room was a bit narrow but manageable. Overall a good place to stay.

Great location 5 mins to Kensington park and Hyde park. Staff were excellent, breakfast was very good. Enjoyed the tea and cookies left in our room. Other than the building being a little run down the room was very comfortable and cozy. Very close to so many restaurants and just a block from Paddington station. Excellent stay!
