The beds and pillows were so comfortable, I slept beautifully!
Lovely hotel, right beside Tower Bridge on the river Thames Staff were pleasant and efficient. Afternoon tea and breakfast were beautiful. Room was small but clean and comfortable, serviced daily.
Excellent location, lovely reception staff, helpful concierge, spotless rooms, we both slept really well in the comfortable large bed. Would stay again definitely.
Clean, modern amenities. Very convenient for bus and trains. Walking distance to Tower of London, St Katherine’s Dock and Tower Bridge.
My main issue was that the location on the web site is that of the office. The property is 15 mins walk away and 15 mins walk to the tube station. The property was great, but I might have chosen another if I wanted to be close to the tube station.
Very welcoming hotel and a nice comfy room in a great location and for a very reasonable price. There are snacks and drink in reception that are left for you to help yourself to at any time which is a really nice touch. The staff were also very accommodating for any requests that we had.
A lovely hotel in a beautiful area stuff were so polite and went above and beyond for my stay
