I can’t say enough about this property, simply amazing. The staff went above and beyond, especially Kestas at the Concierge. The location was beyond and convenient to absolutely everything. Our apartment was immaculate and felt like home. An incredible stay, definitely hope to stay again.

The river view from the balcony was overwhelmingly spectacular in the day time but at night it was a whole new level! The shard lit up to one side and tower bridge lit up the other! Would highly recommend as one of, if not THE best view in london!

An excellent hotel with very large spacious rooms, top-notch kitchens and bathrooms, and very comfortable bedrooms with complete blackout drapes for a long restful sleep. Conveniently located next to the Tower of London and Fenchurch station, with many restaurants, pubs, pharmacies and grocery stores a stone’s throw away, this hotel is excellently situated. We arrived early and made use of the private hospitality suite to rest for a bit during which our room was prepared for us. And we were very pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a room with a spectacular view of the Tower and sweeping views of the Thames and the Shard. All in all a fantastic stay and we absolutely cannot wait to go back.
