This was a very convenient stay right outside Trafalgar Square. The hotel was very clean and easy to check in and drop bags after a long day of travel.

Great location & price. We took the opportunity to save money and have an indoor room. It had everything we needed but keep in mind there is very little space for two adults to be moving around. It was also really warm, even with the aircon set at its lowest. I’d absolutely stay again though, staff were great, luggage hold service was efficient and its a great, clean, central, affordable option.

Tiny room but trade off is great location. No room in bathroom for much. Does have an elevator for luggage. They do have coffee and some breakfast, although we just had coffee, which she gave to me for free. The location is why you stay here.

Incredibly handy location just around the corner from Covent Garden in one direction and Leicester Square in the other. Very small room - as advertised - so a tight squeeze even for one person, but a trade-off for location and price in central London at short notice. Room was clean upon arrival and the hotel are happy to look after bags free of charge ahead of check-in and after.

Clean, modern, comfortable room, small, no windows. But this was perfect for my needs (location, location), and well priced for the neighborhood.

Amazing location, walkable to the shopping/dining and the Buckingham palace! Got the accessible queen room and it was decently sized! Staff was friendly and held our luggage since we got there early. When it was time to check in, they had already sent it up to our room! For the price, and in this area I doubt it could get better!

It was quiet and comfortable with working air conditioning. While compact the room had nice amenities. The location was superb - close to Trafalgar Square, The National Gallery, Covent Garden, theaters and the tube. If you want to access your room prior to check in time, there is an additional fee.

Good location. Small bed. One person has to crawl over the other to get up during the night. Very helpful staff. Clean.

Not the hotel for us. The hotel was clean, staff were helpful and it was in a good location. However, the room was very small and the bed tucked into a corner with only access from one side, not even the end we really did not like. First time in a Z hotel and if these are typical of the room layouts, will be our last.
