The staff excellent very modern well thought out property

Our room was only serviced 2 out of the 4 nights
1 morning at breakfast they had a large group in. So crowded extra tables in the staff setup to,fail This was sad as for the rest of our stay they where outstanding Finale point the door need to be more helpful arranging taxis
Great property, great amenities, amazing lobby/bar, delicious restaurants, unbelievable Retreat/Spa area, in-ground pool, and an incredible rooftop bar/lounge. Located in a prime/central London area, walking distance to almost everything. Must stay here for at least a night if you're visiting London!
