Rooms are clean with a view of Tower Bridge. Lots of food options nearby and you don't need to walk far for the nearest Tesco. Staff are outstanding. During my stay where the whole building is out of AC the staff provided us with portable Ac in the room. Breakfast is great and there's a lot of options everyday. Would stay again.

Lovely reception staff and I was given a room with a river view which was lovely. It was very hot and although there is air conditioning but it didn't work well in the room .
