"Great location just next to Westminster Bridge. Some cool restaurants and bars on the doorstep. The hotel itself was above my expectations. The room was lovely. Great shower and kitchen. The bed was so comfortable and the blackout blinds did the trick. The nearby trains didn’t bother me in the slightest as the heavy doors blocked out the noise. Will definitely be back. "

"Very easy check in. We were given the room upgrade we had requested and it had a bath as requested. We said we were running the London marathon and the hotel gave us a runners goody bag including Epsom salts for a post run bath, energy drinks and bars. They are also putting on a marathon runners evening meal tonight and special early breakfast Sunday morning. We also got our free drink vouchers. We have stayed at Apex hotels several times and I can thoroughly recommend them."

"Very quiet in the heart of the theatre district. However, we did not realize that there were no windows, nor any TV. We also did not like that room service came in while we were out even though we had a "in" sign hanging on the door. Our second key card was in the receptacle on the wall, but they still came in, cleaned and took the key card leaving us with one key. Nothing nefarious, but we do not require regular cleaning, much less when we had the sign on the door."
