This hotel was perfect for a budget traveler in the sense that you get what you pay for. However, the location was perfect and the staff was by far more than accommodating and friendly. They try to do their best for their customers. I will definitely be staying here should I return to London. Thank ...
Friendly staff allied to lovely building, nicely styled. Relaxing from arrival to departure.
This property was great. Very neat and clean and friendly employees. It’s located in a very quiet area and I felt very safe. It was also a very short walk to the shops and to Sloane Square Station. Yes, the room was small but you have to accept that’s the case for a good location in London or any ...
Adorable 2-person lift. Our room had a lovely balcony. Complimentary bottled water in a glass bottle. delightful and accommodation staff. Wonderful restaurants in walking distance.
Great staff, atmosphere, location and cleanliness. Only downside was the shower was too low I could not stand underneath it. Otherwise a very comfortable stay.
Liked everything about it the terrace was very nice , the spa was great I really enjoyed the restaurant
Lovely room, large (especially by European standards) with a beautiful balcony overlooking agarden as shown in picture. Wonderfully attentive staff with 24 hour service (transferred to Gatwick at 3:00 AM)
Not enough Tea bags/Coffee/Milk in the room. We only wanted 1 drink before sleep and 1 before breakfast. There were just 2 tea bags and no milk. Breakfast was expensive and only Continental. Otherwise all was good. Little things really but seemed to be a problem for the staff.
Staying at the Diplomat hotel was like stepping back in time (in the best way!) The building has so much charm, but more importantly, the staff were exceptional. As a single traveller, they made me feel very welcome - and nothing was too much trouble. I stayed in a single room and all facilities ...
