We absolutely loved this property. It was clean, luxurious, plenty of amenities and the staff was outstanding. When we left my husband forgot his cash in the safe. We called the hotel from the airport and they sent a driver straight away to return our money. We will definitely be staying here again.

I used to stay this hotel more than 4 times. This trip my staff did wrong view room rather than harbor. I asked to change front desk said I have to pay 60GBP. So I ask for discount he just said " No way " ??? " I got socked in 5 star hotel staff used the words "NO way " And since arrive no soup , towel, drinking water, no tissue in toilet!!! I have to ask daily! So I looking for Manager Fat guy he say I'll ,but he never did. Only one gentlemen in front desk arrange finally with spare soup and drinking water, tissue. My partner forgot to turn off bathtub in our last night. Incredible the bathtub has no over flow drain! Water flood in room. Carpet are wet stuff came to put tower move us to sleep another room. They charged to me for 150 GBP. I agreed to pay but I'm not agree to accept 5 star hotel bathtub has no overflow?

Overnight stay to take advantage of a Friday night concert and the opportunity spend Saturday in Chelsea. Fab room - attentive staff.

Perfect penthouse

We stayed in the Savile Penthouse. Amazing! Lovely views, great TV area for catching up with friends, dining room, and comfortable bed. Only thing was that it was too hot in the room (aircon not set to cool, as it was winter), and the room backs on to a staging area where staff can clear things from the rooms, and we had a staff member coming up at 1am in the lift, which woke us up. I had to call down, after it happened a couple of times. They were quick to respond though, and no other noise.
