Wonderful hotel, convenient to tube stop and many sites. Staff was absolutely fantastic - EVERYONE of them - reception, restaurant, housekeeping. Couldn't have asked for friendlier or helpful staff. The room was very clean, comfortable bed and a great powerful shower. I slept well and was not disturbed by being on the train side of the building. The staff were really helpful and friendly, not easy in a big busy hotel. Breakfast food was good and great value for London.

This is our 3rd time staying here. It is a perfect place to start your adventures. It is close to the Kensington High Street Station, the Circle Line and District Line trains are really great to get to everything. Super close to Hyde Park for a lovely walk through.

Great hotel in a great location. We had a really good price for the room as well. The decor of our room was a bit dated but nothing to complain as it was clean and comfortable for a family of 3. The staff were really lovely as well ad gave us vouchers for the bar. My partner does not like lifts and the stairs are a bit hard to find but we were on one of the lower floors so didn't affect us. Would recommend and return (requesting a floor on a lower floor!)
