Well maintained, clean, excellent breakfast, courteous staff. Very convent location for two underground stations.
The kitchenette feature is excellent, the staff friendly, the room had a great layout plus great 'little touches' like refreshments and the most comfy pillows in west London!

Super friendly and helpful. The front desk gentleman took our luggage to our room himself. The room had everything we needed. Nice towels and shower. Breakfast was lovely - full breakfast with individual fried eggs. Nice fruit.
