We had a wonderful stay and the staff were very pleasing at this troubled time with Covid-19. Good location for the Royal Albert Hall, museums and Knightsbridge.
Good location in the middle of kensington. clean, tidy and big rooms.

We didnt look at any of the facility other than our room and the dining areas but I give very high marks to those. The location -- almost directly across the street from the Victoria and Albert Museum and a 2-minute walk from South Kensington Station -- is excellent. Bed was described as a double but it was a queen. Small was room but who stays in their room? Very well maintained bathroom with excellent shower and whirlpool tub. Breakfast included, and it's a nice one. In all: Not cheap but a great value which we recommend whole-heartedly.
