"It is a good base for sightseeing around London.
We paid £40 a night for an upgrade. This gave us an earlier check-in and a later check out. This also gave us breakfast in the executive dining room.
It was supposed to also give us £20 (£10 per person per night) food and drink voucher. The voucher we got from the hoel could only be used for a beer, wine or soft drink- no food.
So we used the three vouchers for 3 take out soft drinks as we were leaving for the train station.
Apart from that we had a great time, the staff were great and we'll use the hotel again. You owe us a credit!"
