The shower impossible, lousy architectural work, it NEVER should face the door. The WIFI never worked on the 4 days we spent there. Needs more furniture in the room. Breakfast very good. Maria the Italian girl excelent.
This is a lovely hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The proximity to Kings Cross, St Pancras and Euston mean it's very handy for those travelling to or from these stations, especially as the hotel is happy for you to leave bags at no charge, it's also off the main road so we weren't bothered by noise.
Overall, the hotel is very affordable. The price includes a buffet breakfast, which was better quality than we had expected, and the rooms are very clean and modern. (We actually had two rooms because we moved from the first room due to the shower not working properly in the first room and both were very clean and well presented.) The bar area is very comfortable and decorated in a quirky art-deco style. We rolled in after midnight and the staff were more than happy to serve us with drinks.

I was a single woman travelling and I found the staff were professional and accommodating: carrying luggage up to 3rd floor, giving directions, cleaning bathrooms at off hours (because of other guests), and offering an excellent breakfast with vegetarian options. This is exceptionally central location -- near both the main subway connection lines as well as trains. If you have additional stops, this hotel on Argyle street is ideal. It was centrally located to Bloomsbury bookstores and cafes, and was quiet with only the street noise. The rooms are secure with deadbolts and fire doors, and small safes suitable for documents. Be warned that some facilities are small for large/tall folks. In my room the wardrobe was large and room under bed for suitcase.

Pocket Guide: London Kings Cross St. Pancras Hotels
With the Eurostar and many metro and train lines at St Pancras and King's Cross stations, most people know the bustling area as a transportation hub. Thanks to a redevelopment, it is now much more. Restaurants, galleries, and a street market have opened near Regent's Canal. St Pancras also has Europe's longest oyster bar, and don't forget the Harry Potter Store at King's Cross Platform 9 3/4.
