Great location, friendly and helpful staff, 24 hour room service. Would definitely recommend . Couple of issues: we had to go down to front desk to pay for room service instead of it just being put on my room. Also, couldn't control air con in room so it was either too hot or too cold.
The room layout was spacious and very comfortable, and they gave us a corner room which resulted in extra privacy and quiet! Everything was impeccably clean and the location was great!
Second stay at this hotel. Location fabulous especially for theatres. Service wonderful. Sorry to report that the hot water to the shower was not always adequate- had to rinse shampoo off with cold water. Hope they sort this because the hotel is otherwise really good.
This hotel has class, rooms are cozy, staff on all levels are courteous and professional. You won't regret your stay there.
Great place to stay for a few days - staff helpful, location very good - enjoyed my stay
Excellent location, easy access to metro, buses & cabs. Room is small but comfy enough for small-sized Asians like us. Walls are thin but I didn’t have noisy neighbours. My favorite - decent size bathroom & hardly any noise throughout the night (my room was facing the main road).
Very nice overnight stay. Good location. will stay there again
Great place, great location, if you want to be in the center of London. I downgraded facilities because the room was quite small - fine for a single traveler, hard for a couple even with the double bed, and I could really get the heating to work so it was a bit chilly. I didn’t worry about either, ...
