Good hotel and great staff, very nice buffet with good staff as well, but were the same all our stay for 6 days
It was within walking distance of oxford street. Room was a little bit small. Other than that a nice experience.

Staff is polite and helpful. Place is very clean and well situated for public transportation. I wish I had a microwave and a small fridge though as I could not bring back food from market; forced to go out to eat which is very expensive in London.
