One of the best hotels in the area. It is a perfect boutique hotel and the hotel staff are professional and amazingly helpful. Probably the best in its class! I only ever had two small issues with the hotel. One room didn't have hot water (apparently it was only that room) and also you have to ask them to turn on the heating in your room (as when I turned on the thermostat, it was blowing cold air). However, when I switched rooms, I didn't have these issues (on my 4th stay).
The breakfast is absolutely amazing and unique for London! Definitely recommend this hotel but be sure to check the hot water when you check in to make sure you don't get that faulty room!
Staff were fantastic and made us feel special. Good and beverages were top quality. Rooms lovely but climate control never achieved the temperatures we set so was often quite cold. Also tea/coffee making facilities would have been good.

Good location, well-organised staff on Reception. Good clean & comfy bedding. Noisy aircon that I couldn't switch off but overall room very quiet considering central location. Terrible tea & coffee supplies - cheap products, no fresh milk and no room service before 6.30 am.
My wife and I wanted to stay in a 5-star hotel close to London's city center and we booked out stay in the Ritz base on customer reviews on Expedia. We were not disappointed. The hotel accommodations and staff were outstanding, and they couldn't do enough to make our stay a very enjoyable one. The room rates are not for the feint of heart but you will get what you pay for.
Famous for its hotels, Mayfair holds London's most expensive homes and, on Bond Street, its most expensive shops. But the tucked-away pubs, restaurants, and shops of atmospheric Shepherd Market offer affordable local colour, too. Sandwiched between several main roads, Marylebone has a village atmosphere and a charming High Street. Nearby attractions include Madame Tussaud's and the Georgian splendours of Regent's Park, including London Zoo.
