A small but comfortable hotel tucked away in a great London neighborhood. Tolerate the small rooms for the lively restaurants and bars just 1 block away. London Pubs, French Bistro, Sushi, Seafood, Italian, Middle eastern cuisine all right outside your in a neighborhood with little traffic yet close to many major tourist spots.
Great hotel in a great location - it was great to be upgraded - although we subsequently realised that our room was above the delivery area and we were woken early every morning with vans etc, this being the city noise is expected but not that early.

Excellent high quality hotel right on the edge of Park Lane and Hyde Park. Unfortunately this hotel is having major renovations and the reception area is very restricted at the moment, so quite tight for getting past when others are checking in and only one lift, so long waits at times, hence the average score on hotel facilities. The renovations did not affect the room which was excellent (but we did stay at a weekend and there didn't seem to be anyone working on them).
For a special weekend away I would probably come back, but the renovation work did affect the overall impression of this high quality hotel.
Very nice establishment cenrtal to Green Park and all the activities in and around Mayfair. Rooms are small but nice. Service very good. Overall price doesn't justify tight space. Not even close to being price competitive to similar boutique hotels in other European cities.
I really liked this hotel for it's location & staff. Very close to Buckingham Palace, right across the street from Hyde Park & close to Oxford & Picadilly Streets for good shopping. Hotel staff was very friendly & helpful especially the concierge. I was not thrilled with our room however. My daughter used her own money to pay for this trip & we thought our room would be much bigger with a real king size bed. We could barely move around in the room & the bed was more like a queen size bed. Also we were at the far end of the hall right next to the service elevator. I didn't complain because we were only in our room to sleep but it was definitely frustrating from the standpoint that we spent a lot of money on a room that did not look like the picture on the website.
Fantastic stay. This is much more than a hotel, this is a home away from home. The service is superb, the facilities are excellent, the room could have been bigger, but hey, this is Europe, don't expect Vegas-sized rooms here. Overall, though, they do go out of their way to make you feel special. Highly recommended.

Their ideally located. It is walking distance to many restaurants and cafe. The "underground tube system" is two blocks away. Theirs front desk staff, concierge, and doorman were all very courteous to us. There was a small leak above our shower and the front desk manager personally gave us another room. The gym is brand new (remodeled) and nicely done. The spa is really REALLY something (much better than the pictures).
The Mayfair has style. It is not your standard four walls, a bed, and carpeted room. If you tour the grand buildings like Parliament, Windsor Castle, Buckingham Palace, you get a feel of how royalty lived in their days, At the end of the day, coming home to the Mayfair, a feeling of euphoria is extended to you as you are treated as royalty.
Famous for its hotels, Mayfair holds London's most expensive homes and, on Bond Street, its most expensive shops. But the tucked-away pubs, restaurants, and shops of atmospheric Shepherd Market offer affordable local colour, too. Sandwiched between several main roads, Marylebone has a village atmosphere and a charming High Street. Nearby attractions include Madame Tussaud's and the Georgian splendours of Regent's Park, including London Zoo.
