Room appeared to be clean, but found wet towel left in tub. Safe not working and didn't get fixed for 2 days. Appeared to just be a battery issue. Used tea cup not replaced w/clean cup next day. Towels were replaced every day in spite of not being placed in sink for replacement. Staff @ desk very helpful both on phone and in person.
We had a 2 night stay at this hotel with 6 of our friends and had a fantastic weekend. The staff could not do enough for us. The concierge went over and above and secured us tickets to a Jazz club as short notice. We even managed to get them to make us 'Chip butties' late at night for all of us. We would highly recommend this hotel, a little on the expensive side but worth every penny.

Conveniently located across the street from the Marylebone train station, this hotel was a delightful experience from the moment we were dropped off by our airport taxi, till the moment we left. The staff was attentive and extremely professional, the service superb. Our room was spacious, lovely, and clean, and the facilities were gorgeous. Hotel restaurants were excellent as well, with flexibility for different types of meals- full dinner, afternoon snack, late night dining. We were in town for a 5 day vacation, our first time in London. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended, no downside!
Convenient location to the underground and bus service, friendly reception staff and reasonable rooms for a centre of london hotel. Particulary handy for Easybus connections to and from Stansted Airport.
The location was perfect for my meetings, the hotel room was beautiful and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. What more could one want? Tea and coffee set up in the room, turn down, and all sorts of other nice touches.
Would happily stay here again for work or leisure.
London is expensive and full of things to do, I would recommend doing the 48 hour bus tour at the Marble Arch. Worth every penny to see the city and then hop on and off to do things. Easy walk from the hotel. Coffee across the street is great too. Skip the pub down the way it was not at all an over the top place to eat.
