"Very good value for the size and the location in green scenic primrose hill 10 mins away from the buzz of camden town. Management slow on the reply and cleanliness couldve been better when I moved in to my second room on my second week, but its ok really... not filthy. Wifi is superb. Rooms spacious. ..."

"Nice simple hotel for staying in central London. Great location (many of London's landmarks are within walking distance), very central and great for the west end but it's pretty much just a room with a bed and a bathroom so it's only suitable if you don't plan on spending any time at the hotel
Beds very comfortable but only had one pillow, would have been great if they had two.
Not able to use the self check-in as Expedia doesn't provide you with the correct confirmation number to use this.
Much of the hotel seems to be still under construction and many of the lifts don't recognise the 11th floor, this left us having to call lifts multiple times untill we found ones that would work.
Showers can be very cold, our shower was unusable all weekend as it was ice cold. Only Monday did it warm up. "
"Lovely property, perfect location near Hyde park and good if you don’t mind a little walk to local things like Marble Arch or Hyde park, also we’ll located to underground stations, overall very pleased"
"The staff are all amazing, from the managers, servers, Frontdesk, bar folks, restaurant folks, owners; this is quite a phenomenal hotel that’s very well managed and brings an aura of togetherness yet stylish, clean, well run, exquisite. I can see why people rave about it and I am definitely going back everytime myself or my staff and friends are in London. "

"Very good value for the size and the location in green scenic primrose hill 10 mins away from the buzz of camden town. Management slow on the reply and cleanliness couldve been better when I moved in to my second room on my second week, but its ok really... not filthy. Wifi is superb. Rooms spacious. Staff friendly when they turn up. The business area and garden and great. All in all recommended. Go for it. "
