Amazingly convenient location with easy access to several tube stations. Staff were exceptionally helpful. In-house restaurant and bar was a great bonus after a day of sightseeing.

We had a very good stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and overall a great place to stay. The only downside was that there was no AC, but aside from that, everything was great. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back!

The location is great, the breakfast excellent and the beds are comfortable. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no AC and the rooms are warm. I had to remove the duvet from the cover so that I was not too hot. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay!

Lovely art deco hotel in one of the best locations in London. Very close to the British Museum. Exceptionally clean, with lovely staff. Only slight downside in summer is the lack of air conditioning, but fans are supplied. Otherwise, can’t fault it. Excellent value for money.

I've stayed at the hotel before several times and it's always a good visit. Staff helpful, close to transport, both local and mainline trains. Breakfast is a good selection and plentiful. Would highly recommend this hotel. Does everything you need for a break in London.

Very clean modern hotel close to Russell Square tube station. I was in a renovated room overlooking Tavistock Park. The king sized bed took up most of the space. Modern tiled bathroom. Very good blackout drapes. No fridge, though. Many restaurants in area. Tesco express across from Russell Square metro. Ten minute walk to Tottenham Court Road and Goodge St. tube. 15£ taxi ride from Kings Cross/ St. Pancras stations.

We stayed in a standard twin room on the first floor. The room was clean, well equipped with a comfy bed and pillows. The room was situated above a bowling alley for which the room provided ear plugs. We didn’t use the plugs as didn’t need them but welcomed anyway. The hotel lobby & bar were adequately staffed. All staff were helpful, attentive and professional. Would definitely stay again. Perfectly located between Euston and central London.

The location was perfect for us - right near a tube stop and a lovely park across the street. Our room was great - plenty of space for our luggage and things. The restaurant was amazing - we dined there several time and the food was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again.

My overall rating would have been excellent. The location is superb and convenient for my purposes in London. However, I had a upgraded room that had the window open to the main road with high noise levels. It's not exactly the fault of the hotel but it made the night a little uncomfortable. The representative at the check in desk, Goolabee (or something close, please forgive if I messed up the name) was especially helpful and was a good ambassador of the hotel. Funny, despite the night's inconvenience, I will still use the hotel again.
