I have stayed here on several occasions and will be back in the future. The location is ideal, the state of the building and rooms very good and the level of cleanliness high. I did feel the service was not quite as good as on previous visits, but everyone has a few bad days, so I won't hold it against ...
Nice location near the Tube line.
Quaint, quiet little hideaway! I loved every inch of it!
The hotel is in an excellent location and the staff was extremely helpful. Can’t say enough good things. The rooms are small and there is a bit of noise but this is London and the place has some age to it.
Great location in Kensington! Very nice front desk staff. Some units could be updated they are looking a little tired.
Second time I’ve stayed here. Great location, staff lovely. Disappointed in my room selection this time around. Will book the grand room again next time. Found the double executive a bit small and not as nice. Found the breakfast to be average.
