The hotel is clean, quiet and the rooms (stayed at a Deluxe Studio) are large with a kitchenette (super useful) and super soft beds. All the hotel staff is super nice and ready to help. Having Waitrose at the station is a plus. However, I feel there was a misrepresentation of the room that I booked through Expedia. I had booked an Executive room, for my family of 2 adults and 2 children based on the photos shown on Expedia website (photos 1, 2 and 3). It showed a duplex with bathtub. To our disappointment, when we checked in, it was neither a duplex nor with bathtub. When I checked with the staff, he told us that there were 2 different layouts for Executive room and we had to request for the room to come with bathtub. See photos 4, 5 and 6\. This is the first time I booked on Expedia and get something completely different from what I was expecting. The photo representations should definitely match the expectations.
