The location is perfect within walking distance (less than 5 minutes) to the Gloucester Road station on the Piccadilly, District and Circular lines. The hotel is clean, quiet and the rooms (stayed at a Deluxe Studio) are large with a kitchenette (super useful) and super soft beds. All the hotel staff is super nice and ready to help. After eventually finding the correct intercom system to gain entry we were met be a very happy and helpful member of staff who showed us to our beautiful room (Deluxe Studio) and excellent facilities.
