We have returned to this hotel many times. Hard to find fault. Excellent service, great breakfast efficiently run, relaxing lounge and perfect location for a city break.
Beautiful hotel, tastefully decorated. In a great location for museums
This hotel is in a great location for the museums & exploring Kensington palace & the bars & restaurants in South Kensington. The staff are friendly & helpful. The rooms are modern & very clean, although very small.
Rooms were a little dated and could've been cleaned better. Small rooms, which are normal for Europe. We requested a double or queen and were given 2 twin. That actually worked out better because the center table was removable and we pushed the beds together.
The location was great. The room was too small. The bathroom was too small.
Excellent location and nice staff. The hotel is located within a two minute walk from Gloucester Rd Underground offering direct Tube from LHR.
Staff is across the board friendly and helpful. They are always pleasant and helpful. You always feel welcome here. Bed was very comfortable, free water, concierge services, door man, room safe, air conditioning, hot pot, and fast elevators. Hotel is located in South Kensington with many stores and ...
Very weil located on Cromwell, near Glouchester tube station.
Good location for Tube service . My room was very small but ok for a single night. The road out side gets busy very early. So was woken at 7am
