I have stayed at the Hampton Hilton at this location before, pre-COVID, and they have adjusted well to the change. The service is as good as before but one does have to request for the rooms to be made up as they won't do it now unless requested due to government regulations. As for the surrounding businesses nearby and in the city, things are not back to normal so check carefully before you book a stay that the shops/attractions will be open.

The property was in a central location. However, we had to leave 2 nights early due to COVID 19 virus travel advisory from the Canadian government. So we were not able to complete our stay. As well, the UK government was starting to close the borders so another reason we could not complete our stay.

The location of the property was great. The room could have used more storage facilities for the 2 of us, there were only 2 small drawers and a closet so we had to use our suitcase mainly to store our clothes. Staff were very friendly and areas were clean.
