Double room was tiny and cramped. Only able to get out one side of the bed, as it was tight against the walk, so no bedside table, night light etc.
Check in was easy and the rooms were small but efficient.
Great location and very nice hotel. Aircon didn’t work so staff gave us a room that was working. They were more than happy to store out bags after check out. We weren’t there long enough to use all their facilities but will return there next visit as we were very happy
Convenient location in Tower Hill near tube stop. Room was clean and comfortable. Full shower with toiletries. Free Wi-Fi was dependable. The continental breakfast was substantial. Would definitely stay there again.
Excellent location, outstanding hotel and the best staff. Highly recommended.
Great location, amazing bar on the roof. Check in process was sliow and they gave me another type of room. Only after my complain I recieved the booked executive room.
Location is truly good, very convenient to do business in the City. Room is spacious and relaxing.
Good sound building construction so not disturbed by noise from corridor or adjacent rooms Vehicle access: The Clayton really do need to get this sorted out! No access to the hotel front door for vehicles - and no warning given about this by The Clayton, so much puzzlement for our Uber driver trying ...
Clean, convenient, friendly. Will stay here again
