I love the location of the Ace. We decided to rebook because of the proximity to great things, like the flower market, the street fair on the weekends on King’s Lane (and the Vintage stores galore!) I love the cozy nature of the lobby, it’s hard to find a place to chill and feel like you do here ...
Like stuff service, but the room condition needs improvement.
Very cool hotel in the heart of Shoreditch that xompliments the artistic scene! The hotel was great but be aware that the rooms are quite small for two to stay but similar to places in new york for the price. Did have a kong bed though!!
really quick check in, lovely polite staff. Able to leave my bag there early (7 hours before checking in). Have stayed many times before and will do so again. Add bonus of band in bar as well so a lovely stay overall
The place is not as bad as some reviews make out, money has been spent on it and issues other reviewers pointed out have been fixed in places. But Stevie wonder has done the decorating in places and made it look cheaper than it should do. But to be honest for the money it’s excellent value. Staff ...
Although the hotel was very nice. Was slightly disappointed that it didn't have a bar or any alcohol.
Excellent staff. They are what make this hotel. Still a few teething problems, like difficult to adjust aircon, that need to be sorted. Great location.
The styling & interior details are perfect and the staff are very friendly. The restaurant is one of the best places in London for food & the actual atmosphere is just great.
Leaking shower. Breakfast buffet amazingly good.
