Excellent hotel. Different dining options inside which were all amazing with incredible service. Food was fabulous. The room was perfect. Comfy bed. The steam shower was the best part of the room. So relaxing and such a great addition to an already beautiful hotel.

New Year’s Eve

Was a nice hotel. We booked for NYE mainly because of the rooftop deck to watch the fireworks. I asked both when I checked in and also went to the deck the night before and was told yes we will be opening the rooftop. Got back to the hotel and it was closed as they were short staffed.

The hotel smells so good , everything in room you require and great fancy extra touches , like coffee machine , robes etc . Great location in between two tube stations nearby .. The staff was really terrific. There was a day where we slept in and deferred housekeeping. But get this: that evening I asked for some Nespresso pods to be brought up while we were away and not only did they bring us the pods, they made up the room that night. So kind and thoughtful.
