The room I booked was described as having air conditioning, and it appeared to have the controls for ac, but it absolutely did not work. The room was rarely below 80 degrees Fahrenheit. It was uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. Either fix the air conditioning or don’t say you have it. I would have never booked a room without ac.

The tv channels didn’t work, the chromecast didn’t work, the safe didn’t work and the cooling system didn’t work in the room. If you are going to charge extra for every little thing, I.e early check in or for guest to leave their bags for a while after check out- at least make sure the amenities in the rooms are all working.
