"The location of the property is great but the rooms are not good. The room was dusty and had a strange smell. The conditioner was missing in my room. There are water refill stations outside near the elevator which took forever to refill. For a 4 star hotel they charge to use an umbrella, which no other hotels do. The hotel is not worth the price "

About 3 blocks from a main Underground station and walking distance to Tower Bridge and more. We love our stay! Staff was great and check-in and check-out process was super easy. "The hotel was clean, well staffed and in excellent condition. I travel a lot and suffer through a lot of hotel breakfasts and while this one looked good, the coffee machines produced tepid, bland versions of coffee and the breakfasts were way too busy for the hotel to manage. I usually just left the hotel in the morning for a proper morning meal and a decent coffee. But the hotel was genuinely comfortable, clean and staffed by attentive people. "
