Great stay! Adorable little hotel with friendly staff who permitted us to check in quite early to sleep off our jet lag :) lovely beautiful pub downstairs with good food and great beer. The breakfast was very good (I didn’t try the other food or alcohol as I don’t drink). Great location, walking distance to many sights, the Thames, and the underground tube. It's situated very conveniet & quite (evening/weekend) place (good access to Liverpool, Bank & monument. Out room (standard) was nice size and very clean. The by-order breakfast was very nice. If you want to have a tub, you may want to check with the hotel. They have only 2 rooms have the tub.

Very nice room in a great location. The old pub was stunning when decorated for christmas. The location is very central with good access to busses and subway. Nice breakfast and service too. Some issues with the elevator and lot’s of stairs so maybe not great for elderly.

Our room was not cleaned on arrival. Opened and used items in the bathroom and floor not hoovered. Dust on borh side tables was thick enough to write my name in. Breakfast was not bad, service totally indifferent, great location, room ok other thsn cleanliness. Not quiet at night and loads of narrow /steep stairs with a lift that was frequently in use or stuck on a floor.
