"A great location with immediate access to Tower Hill tube, helping to get you into town really fast. Good amenities but they seem to stick to the 3pm check-in time so if coming into the area early, such as an overnight flight, like we did, you can drop your bags but not gain early access to your room."

"The restuarant staff and bar tenders, cleaners and maintenance staff were brilliant so polite However all the individuals we met behind reception for checkin, apart from One ( who sorted out the fan for us) were rude .. unwelcoming and to be honest a little arrogant. The polish guy and the Indian guy in the restaurant and the bar man were brilliant though couldn’t do enough for us."

"Well, we chose this hotel because it’s conveniently located near the ferry, waterfront, and another side of London. Unlike typical hostels, we were given our own room. The room was comfortable, but the bed had a spiral mattress instead of a foam mattress, which we’ve never had since childhood. The reception staff took a while to request specific services like towels, Kleenex, an iron, and air conditioning. They could have been more descriptive about what they needed. Despite these minor inconveniences, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the waterfront hotel."

"We paid for the Tower view. Well worth the extra money, the view is incredible. Rooms are clean. You can set the mood lightining using the iPad. There is no kettle in the room. There is no iron, but there is an Ironing room on each floor. Rooftop bar provides great views of the City. Staff were very friendly"
