My first time staying here and the staff, especially Chantelle, were amazing! I was also surprised with some goodies for my birthday and Chantelle was very helpful during check in time as well. Would 100% recommend staying here as well.

The room was clean and the kitchen was well stocked , the staff was attentive if we needed anything. The only suggestion is the room was small for a triple room and there was no where to store luggage.

The location was decent, there is a metro station just a few minutes walk away. The room was clean and the staff were pleasant, but it definitely is way too expensive considering the location and the hotel being no more than a 3 star hotel. Also I’d like to mention that nearby there are many 24 convenience stores and few restaurants to go to.

A cute, clean botique hotel with great room amenities. Our room was average size but included a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, utensils, plates and small pots, neatly tucked away with a great use of space. Also neatly tucked away were an iron and ironing board. Also available was a laundry room for hotel guests. All this was very useful when travelling as a family. The air con was also nice and cool and there was a blackout blind, perfect for sleeping in. The only thing I would have expected that they did not have was a small toiletries kit and washcloth. The continental breakfast buffet was also nicer than most I've ever had. Definitely would recommend, especially at such an affordable price point.

The room was clean and well equipped. A good option for a hotel stay with a small kitchenette! The location was good, we had a great view of the city on the 13th floor, but it is a good 10+min walk from the nearest tube stations which felt a bit far with our toddler. The breakfast is expensive considering it is just a continental spread. I suggest you go for a full English in a nearby cafe instead!
