The hotel is in a good location not far from London Bridge Station. The staff were friendly. The room was spacious with good layout and storage. The bathroom was large with a lovely walk in shower. The view was good with views of the Shard.

The location was very good for me - walking distance to Borough Market, Bankside and the south bank of the Thames. The price was good. The staff was responsive and helpful. For example, I needed to have documents printed and scanned for business and I received prompt assistance, even after I had to redo the process because I had made an error. I left an item in the room when I checked out. The staff contacted me by email and I was seamlessly able to have it collected.

Hotel was perfect for us, lovely hotel, lovely staff - clean, lovely little extra’s in the room including water, tea coffee etc - had everything we wanted. Was in a great location and had everything we could have needed around! Would absolutely come and stay here again the next time we visit London. Check in and check out was fast and smooth and all staff we encountered were nice!

Lovely hotel in quiet side road, large room with all usual amenities. Nice bar area, cocktails are nice, we ordered a pizza which was very good. Plenty restaurants and bars in surrounding area. Easy walking distance of borough market, Clink museum and the Shard. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Comfortable bed and pillows, very clean. Good shower pressure. The communal area and bar are lovely and they even had live music on Saturday night which is fantastic. Excellent location Only things I would change are: I would have liked a mirror in the bedroom near the window for styling hair and applying make up. Breakfast is not good value for money - £24 pp for watery juices and making your own tea and coffee is daylight robbery, but the food selection was quite decent

Hôtel was clean and staff was welcoming. Our room was spacious and comfortable. There are usb chargers in the wall which was nice. Location was 12-15 minutes walk to underground subway, sites were close as well.
