Fantastic location, superb staff. Would certainly recommend to anyone who is planning a trip to London
Small room with a small bathroom (only one person can fit at a time). Black out curtains were effective. Included a desk and safe. There was a weird smell coming from the bathroom, almost like a dirty drain. Shower walls and sink were a bit stained. A bit of a noisy location even with the noise cancellation ...
Nothing All was exceptional including the history with Lillie Langtree
location was good, and near to main attractions, but room was very small ....
Staff were helpful but decor was slightly dated in the rooms and some walls needed re done/painted
Positive: beds were VERY comfortable. Neg: rooms were small, not extremely tiny, but the bathrooms were odd as there wasn’t a separate shower area only a shower curtain that blocked it the from the toilet. So after you shower you have to wipe the floors down because everything is wet. Moldy smell ...
Easy access to restaurant and concierge, ample lifts and stairs to all levels
This hotel is in walking distance to an underground station, pubs, restaurants. It is only a 10 minute walk to Kensington Palace. We even walked to Harrods. The room was sparkling clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
sink drain blocked in en suite. no cereal at breakfast... - strange
