It is in a fine location the directions from staff about how to get into the city were really unclear pointing in the wrong direction for the bus stop and then pushing us off to someone else - otherwise everyone was friendly enough

This hotel was warm and inviting, making it feel like home. We loved aving our breakfast downstairs and having the Tower Hill Underground station just steps away. The hotels location made it very easy to access restaurants and many tourist sites.
