The hotel is a five minute walk from paddington tube and train station where the heathrow expresss runs to and from so location is great. The room was lovely and the breakfast so worth paying for. Staff were also great. Loved everything about the hotel.

Location was excellent! Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was lovely although had no view of anything except a wall. Room was quite which was very nice. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to everyone.

It is a wonderfully unique and beautiful property, particularly the lobby, lounge, and restaurant areas. The staff are the real jewels, however. They went above and beyond at every possibility and were always calm, kind, and gracious.

Lovely classic hotel, great location, comfy beds, warm welcome and a muffin on arrival - what else can you ask for? The rooms are a little tired but perfectly clean and comfortable Yet to experience breakfast but I’m sure there shall be nothing to complain about!
