I have been staying here when I visit London for work over the last several years. It is a great hotel in a great location right next to kings cross station with all of the stores and transit options. My only issue is that it is starting to show wear and tear around the edges. Carpets could use replacing ...
We stayed in a superior room which was a good size with large bathroom. Bed was a bit on the small side but comfortable. No complaints about the room. Great location, 19 mins walk to Covent Garden.
Can't say enough about the hotel itself or the staff. If you need Kensington/Chelsea area, this hotel provides a great choice at a reasonable cost. Walking distance to many sights including the Natural History Museum
We loved the location and staff. We stayed a sunday and monday night. We had a second floor room facing the street and it was very loud on Monday night past 1AM. Other than that, we really enjoyed the hotel.
Cannot rate this hotel highly enough. Staff were lovely and so helpful. Will definitely go back at some time in the near future.
This hotel was fabulous in every regard. From the moment I arrived, I felt taken care of and comfortable. It was very clean and well set up.... the breakfast choices were vast and delicious as well! I would definitely stay here again.
The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door. They were wonderful and happy to help during my 5 nights there. The room itself was spacious with lovely marble floors in the bathroom -- very comfy bed, too. The location is a stone's throw from Harrod's and an easy walk to the ...
Smallish room as typical from London. Very well maintained and clean. Friendliest, most helpful staff I've encountered in my travels. One hint to ensure the shortest possible walk from Victoria station, follow the blue line to the psssport office, this puts you on Hugh street, follow to the end and ...

It was 5-10 minutes walk to Paddington. Importantly, the hotel is on a very quiet side street, so there was no traffic noise ...
It was much more than what I expected when I arrived. There is no wait to check in or check out. It is self service although there are friendly staff near by, eager to help you if you seem to be bit lost^^ Although the room is small, it is stylish, very clean n well designed spatially. The ex-large ...
