The hotel is a five minute walk from paddington tube and train station where the heathrow expresss runs to and from so location is great. The room was lovely and the breakfast so worth paying for. Staff were also great. Loved everything about the hotel.

It is a wonderfully unique and beautiful property, particularly the lobby, lounge, and restaurant areas. The staff are the real jewels, however. They went above and beyond at every possibility and were always calm, kind, and gracious.
Lovely classic hotel, great location, comfy beds, warm welcome and a muffin on arrival - what else can you ask for? The rooms are a little tired but perfectly clean and comfortable Yet to experience breakfast but I’m sure there shall be nothing to complain about!
