Staff could'nt be more accommodating. Fabulous location next to Harrods famous department store. Very upscale area. Well run 12 room Hotel.Only negative would be small rooms for the money.

The staff were awesome, the dark funky plush interior where unique. The rooms were incredibly decorated the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were amazing with the incredible water pressure showers. For a boutique hotel it was classy without the stuffy pretensions.
