"Fun and lovely"
This stay was a graduation present for our Grandson. He was as excited about the CitizenM as he was about being in London! There were "Congratulations on Graduating" balloons in his room! The staff let us check in early...much appreciated after a long flight and long tube ride from Heathrow. Wish we could have stayed here longer.

"Good boutique hotel in a great location!"
Stayed a couple of nights during a 3 day trip to London to catch a West End show (Nell Gwyn) and do the museums. The location of this hotel could not be better ... It's in a quiet location but close (i.e. Within walking distance of just about everything you'd want to do in the West End) ... Excellent world class quality restaurants are close by ... And Green Park and St. James Park are in the back yard ... Providing the best jogging in a city center that I know of ... The room we had was small but we'll appointed and impeccably clean. A significant disadvantage was the absence of a gym/ exercise room. I got a voucher for a gym club located in Berkeley Square which was a brisk ten minute walk from the hotel, something you wouldn't want to undertake in the rain.

"Perfect for Albert Hall"
We chose this hotel for its proximity to the Albert Hall and its appearance on the website suggested it was a little bit upmarket. We weren't disappointed with our choice on these points as they fitted this criteria. However when we were being led to our room the porter told us we were in the private wing sounds good, he should get a job as an estate agent as it turned out to be what would have been the servants quarters. Having travelled as far as we could by lift we then had two flights of steep stairs to climb. Arriving on a small landing with 3 doors next to each other we were led into a decent room with a comfy bed and well appointed en suite. Ther was no tea and coffee making facilities and we could hear everything in the adjacent rooms which is annoying at 7 am on a Sunday morning. On the first evening we went into the bar and ordered a coffee and a small bottle of beer and they wanted to charge £11.80. but the menu showed £5.50 for the beer and £4.50. for the coffee. I know this was Kensington but I object to being ripped off. I stayed recently in a Premier inn in London costing two thirds this price with a room as big a bed as comfortable and an en suite as well appointed and with the all important tea and coffee making facilities.

"Anniversary Treat"
The welcome at the hotel on arrival was very pleasant and helpful and our room, although not large, was great and very comfortable with super comfy towels! The staff were all happy and out to make sure we were well taken care of which really reassured us. In the morning the breakfast was sensational and set us up for the day! Overall a great experience and this may well now be our "bolt-hole" when we decide to stay in London.

"Perfect location"
I've stayed in London hotels many times and this one is great value for a "London reasonable" price. Very attentive staff, very comfortable room. A huge plus is that it's a 5 minute walk from Paddington Station (at most) yet off the beaten track so not on the main street right by the station. Paddington Station is my go to area now that the Heathrow Express can get me to the airport in 15 minutes. Unbeatable!! Free internet and a desk to work at made this an excellent choice for a person travelling on business.

Loved the warm welcome and our big room with super comfortable bed. Location can't be beat with great restaurants around every corner and Natural History and V & A museums close by.
