Location is closed to train station and minimarts, loundry and bars nearby. Staffs were helpful, but the room is too tight and squeezing while understanding it was not a luxury apartment.

The property is easy to get too and the transport links are really good to heathrow airport (free bus ride away). Absolutely lovely hotel - but finding the hotel, and finding the hotel’s allocated pay parking area, was difficult, there needs to be clearer instructions given to each guest prior to arrival. Our GPS was only able to give vague location details.

Great facilites, beautiful bar area and room was really big

NIce hotel, very convenient for those attending London EXcel. A little stingey with shampoo, soap and conditoner, slippers, etc

Flat was easy access to the Imperial Wharf overground and large enough to sleep and seat six people comfortably. Well - appointed.

Very Central Location, flat could have been a bit cleaner, dust on furniture, only one egg cup. A dish washer would be useful . Otherwise a pleasant stay.
