The Gore was a lovely experience. Very good restaurant, warm, helpful staff and a comfortable, quiet room. The Gore is walk-ing distance from museums, Harrods and a block from Kensington Park. I hope to stay here again!
The staff should be more trained. The room I booked originally was too small, I did not have enough space even for the language . I did not come that clear on the booking.
The staff went above and beyond expectations. The hotel is perfectly located. The breakfast was excellent, with many options to choose. The overall experience was great and would recommend the hotel for sure.
Excellent for Natural History & V&A museums. Close to tube stations and a variety of shops bars and resturants

Very good hotel with great staff but let down by a poor (expensive) breakfast
Conveniently located near the underground and restaurants.
Best hotel we have stayed at as nothing was too much trouble for staff. Best place if you need to travel from st Pancras as the hotel is linked to the station
Wonderful location, across the street from the Victoria and Albert Museum. Nice breakfast. Rooms are compact but very clean.
