This is an exceptional boutique hotel. Rooms are gorgeous, service top notch and located in a wonderful part of London.
Very impressed with this hotel. Clean, attentive staff and comfortable room in a lovely building. Would definitely stay again.
The bar, restaurant and public areas of the hotel are absolutely first class. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel both in terms of quality and choice. Great location as well. The bedrooms were a bit plain and not of the standard of the rest of the hotel, ...
Very pleasant stay! Great location to the V&A and as well as the underground. At the end of a classic London street. Very clean and room provided everything I needed for a short stay.
It was a very clean hotel but slightly older design with the rooms likely not have been redone in about 10 years. The property is a historical site and overall the stay was wonderful.
Added daily breakfast. Location cannot be beat. Will return in the fall!
Very clean! Everything was great except two big issues like the lift was broken my entire 5 day stay and on one morning, the electricity was out fir a few hours so I lost time on sightseeing since I had no light to get ready.
beautiful building, friendly helpful staff excellent location
Very nice location and highly attentive staff. Rooms a little tight but manageable.
