Enjoyable stay, accommodating staff, pleasant old world atmosphere, good location but no nearby shops or cafe, noisy plumbing
Lovely new hotel with nice clean rooms and short walk to Albert Hall
Loved the ambiance and the bar and especially the amazing breakfast. Fantastic location. I will definitely be back.
Excellent for Natural History & V&A museums. Close to tube stations and a variety of shops bars and resturants
Great place. Great people, great location. It was a bit high priced , but heated towel racks, heated floor in bathroom was a plus. I really enjoyed reading their complementary newspapers in the morning. Oh and the bed was fantastic
Very Good location and a lovely hotel close to the London eye and the south bank
At the last leg of my winter trip and needed a really clean and comfortable room to recharge and of course shopping. It always meets my needs
Great hotel in the heart of London. The building is astounding, the facilities were great and the location couldn't have been better. We had a brilliant time. The hotel is very quiet at night, too, so I slept very well.
The hotel, it’s location, and it’s staff were great! I would definitely stay there again.
