The whole stay was mot enjoyable, friendly staff, a well presented room and good food. I am disabled and I stayed in one of the accessible rooms which was well laid out and all the facilities were within easy reach. The walk-in shower was particularly useful. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed one night for our anniversary and had a great time. Attentive staff and great views. We stayed in the room with the iconic city view.
We got a room overlooking Tower bridge and the view was incredible. Room was basic, but clean and ok for our needs. Staff/Concierge were not very knowledgeable on the area and unable to direct us on transport or restaurants which was disappointing.

What a great concept. Needed an overnight stay for business at the ExCel and this ticks the boxes. Rooms are really spacious, even my base room; which was capable of sleeping a family of four. I went to the bar where I found the staff friendly and attentive. My bar food was well presented and well ...
