"Hotel was lovely, got upgraded without asking. Very busy at check in/out. Luxury chocolates left in our room. The only real negative comment is the lift. It was so slow and only 1 to service the whole hotel. There are notes to acknowledge there is an issue and it’s been worked on however, we didn’t fancy walking up and down 7 flights of stairs. Would definitely come back "

"Our stay at the Intercontinental - O2 was amazing. The hotel was lovely. The views for the top level bar were beautiful! We made full use of the spa which was really good, breakfast was really nice. Hotel room was good - bed was very comfortable (pillows were amazing). But most of all the location was absolutely perfect! We were going to a concert and the location of the hotel couldn't have been better! Would highly recommend!"
