Rooms were tiny but location was excellent. Controls for the blinds not easy to reach and no clothesline hanger. Pleasant enough stay but really just basic accommodation.

Hotel is beautiful. Sadly under construction. I knew some rooms were being renovated only. But more than that. Room was nice. Wooden window closures were wonderful. Awkward placing of toilet paper (at ankles) But otherwise great property and helpful staff.

I liked where it was but the room was very small but for one night say ok.

This was my first time at this hotel and I have to say one of the best hotels I have stayed in within London. The staff were both friendly and welcoming and happy to help. The rooms were spotless and the bar service was great. I would highly recommend.

Added daily breakfast. Location cannot be beat. Will return in the fall!

Perfect location, lovely spacious room, wonderful breakfast and very friendly staff. Our second stay and would certainly stay again.

I was very happily surprised with my overall 2 week stay. Employees were always friendly and attentive. My room was always very clean. Lobby, bar, restaurant was nicely designed, very clean and functional. I would happily return. Cabs are a bit hard to wave down on the street during busy times. However ...
