"Good staff and hotel"

"The hotel was closed. We had not been told. There were mice running around the reception! We were moved hotel and where we went was lovely but the main reason we booked this hotel was for the swimming pool for our children and the hotel we moved to didn’t have one."

"The location of the hotel is excellent, a very nice and convenient area. The hotel staff were very friendly and service minded, the breakfast was very good and the room were clean and of decent size. I have stayed in many different hotels in London, but this was probably the best one. I am looking to my next stay at The Rembrandt."

"It was a great base for a couple of days in London for the theatre. Comfy beds, good pillows, nice shower and a good choice, hot and replenished often at breakfast. There was a bit of a queue to get in to breakfast in the morning but nothing too dramatic. The only thing I would say is we only got 3 towels in the room even though there were 4 of us which I thought was a bit odd, I’m sure it would not have been too much trouble if we requested another but we managed with 3 ok.. just maybe...

"The hotel was very good, very clean and professional staff. We arrived as a large family and they provided us with a cot, extra blankets and extra water in our room complimentary. The morning breakfast buffet was also very good, the options were very nice. Only critic I would say is that the coffee machine broke down during breakfast and it wasn't to my liking to be honest, coffee was bitter. But overall it was an excellent stay, couldn't fault it.
