The hotel is right on the beach. The service is phenomenal. Everyone working makes everything convenient for you and never say no. Hotel was very clean and nice and the food was great. Best hotel I've stayed at.
We ended our four week tour of the USA with Cancun. First time there and first time at an all inclusive adults only hotel. Everything was exceptional, from the time we arrived and were shown around, to our butler Hugo and the in room service provided.
The pools were fantastic with again exceptional service provided all day.
The restaurants were world class and it really was a wonderful experience and well worth the money.
We will be back.
I have stayed at the Rosewood Mayakoba, Maroma... and other great resorts in the Riviera Maya and I found this hotel to exceed all the others. The amount of "beach view" the hotel has is incomparable.
There are four restaurants we really enjoyed especially the breakfast buffet is top notch! You must try the "cochinita pibil" tacos and the crepes with cajeta. Breakfast also included mimosas, bloody marys and screwdrivers... we had a lot of rain during our stay, so we really took our time eating! We also tried the Peruvian restaurant which was ok, but the view was amazing, as well as Ramona, the mexican fusion restaurant and the Italian restaurant (the most casual one of all). We were unable to try the "adults only" punta restaurant, but did go take a look and it looked like such a cool experience, hidden above a small cliff up in the jungle. We will need to go back without kids to try it!
They have an amazing kids club which my kids absolutely loved. They had different daily activities like making necklaces, making cupcakes, breaking a pinata... They can also lend you beach toys for the kids to use at the beach.
We had a Garden Pool Villa with Pavilion and it was great for our family with 3 kids (all under the age of 3), the hotel staff was very friendly and helped us to get all the needed arrangement for the kids. They even provided bathrobes and slippers for the kids.
The service at this hotel is amazing!! I will definitely be coming back

Had a great time met some great new friends. This place is for anyone that wants to get away from the kids. The staff was so nice and the food was to die for. Room service was on the job very fast and very good.
Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The staff was very receptive to my wife and I request. They were all very courtious and polite. My wife is a native Spanish speaker and I can get by. Enough of the staff speaks English so there is not an issue there. The food was great and the receiptionist and director are very personable. Miguel and his staff in the restaurants are professional and warm and inviting. I would definitely come back.
The hotel as a whole was beautiful. Everyone was super nice and polite and well mannered (which is rare in this nowadays or maybe just in NYC where I live). The hotel was located in a short walking distant a mall and nightlife and just by all the excitement in the area. Also a drive from the hotel to Downtown was a short 15 minute drive, the same time to the airport as well.
Overall a nice experience with nice rooms, great food and beautiful pool area. All personnel is super nice, the only bad experience was with a lady from the concierge desk. When trying to get the vouchers for the free 25 minute massage and the three $25 Spa coupons the lady tried to "sell" us a Club Membership. After repeatedly declining the "offer" we walked off without our vouchers ...
The Cancun Hotel Zone rests on a slit of land bound by a lagoon and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. Sunseekers crowd the white-sand beaches. At night, the action moves to the restaurants, clubs, and bars that line Boulevard Kukulcán, the area’s main artery. This road passes by the El Rey ruins, believed to be a king’s tomb.
