Nice overall, a bit loud for being by the main road. Concierge help was non existent if you didn’t sign up for the timeshare presentations :-/ They wouldn’t book Club Bistro restaurant if you aren’t an owner. Several nice touches gone this year now that Holiday Inn has bought the property. Sea was calm and shallow but tons of seaweed/sargassum on the beach, not great for swimming of playing around with the kids. Food was good.

Hands down the best resort I’ve ever stayed at. Charming white stucco villas with red tile roofs, unbelievably CLEAN, very quiet and calm, not a party hotel, warm saltwater pools, super safe, almost like its own little village, incredibly friendly staff, yummy restaurants. Book through the resort website instead of Expedia and definitely get the all-inclusive package (even if you don’t drink) with airport transportation. My single complaint is that the air conditioner is super loud. But I cannot believe how incredible this hotel is, especially for the price.

Amazing services. The amenities are definitely something to remember. The staff were very attentive. The entire place was so clean and the room service and restaurant staff were so nice. I have absolutely no complaints except for the concierge. It was definitely harassing my family trying to sell us something.

Clean rooms, great staff, family friendly, decent beach, great pools, resort had purified water. Food: we ate breakfast every day at Buffet and it was good , my son has food allergies and they were great with those. We ate at La Palapa 2 nights , it was okay - Caribbean night was great Beds were very comfortable and it was nice having a kitchen. Our room was listed as “resort view”. It was at the back of resort and we could see/hear street from balcony and to the right was the trash. So it’s a stretch to say it was resort view . It’s also a timeshare and we were asked many times to go to a presentation but we did not go. It was kinda annoying . Only other thing that was annoying was people put their towels to reserve beach chairs early so it was sometimes difficult to find a chair. Beach was a little rocky.

The room was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. My biggest complaint was the check-in process. The woman who checked us in was really unfriendly and made us feel uncomfortable with our room choice (which ended up being NOT all inclusive and all 6 of us in the suite) - which was a 2 BR with Murphy Bed - which suited us fine. The beach is small and crowded and I wouldn't stay here again.
